This Camps Bay house was carefully crafted to offer a spacious and contemporary home for a family of four on a compact panhandle plot measuring just 485 square meters. To achieve this, a three-storey house was constructed with well-considered heights, creating an enhanced sense of space, accompanied by a butterfly-shaped steel roof. Embracing the principles of minimalism, the house embodies a “less is more” aesthetic, where simplicity and elegance take centre stage. A notable feature of this property is the four-car garage and a studio apartment/guest suite on the lower level. Within the confines of limited land, the design showcases ingenuity and resourcefulness, making the most of every square meter.
