Our brief was to create a home characterized by abundant light, expansive views, and spaciousness. In response, the KAA team’s strategic design approach delivered a considered concept that revolves around a series of separately roofed pavilions, purposefully arranged to bring the client’s wish to fruition. The pavilions were designed as half-levels, seamlessly following the contours of the site and ensuring a harmonious integration between the house and its surroundings, while also maximizing the sea views. A selection of high-quality materials including timber, aluminium, steel, glass, and natural marble tiling contributes to the effortless style of this family home.
