This property is a tribute to carefully crafted, considered design and attention to detail. The facade’s white marble-clad base with dark and charcoal tones sets the mood for the purist forms of the architectural glass, steel, and concrete construction set above. The KAA team brought to life sleek, stylish, detailed and textured spaces around the house, with elements such as large Italian porcelain tiles and natural oak strips used consistently as statement materials. Marble, steel, mirror and granite were incorporated to add contrast, delivering a statement that is both subtle and powerful.
