This spectacular home spans an expansive 1,400 square meters internally and is located in the prestigious and beautifully landscaped suburb of Muthaiga in Nairobi, Kenya. Constructed on a site that gently slopes toward an adjacent small indigenous river and tropical forest, the KAA team rose to the occasion to design a contemporary five en-suite bedroom family home that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living, reflecting the signature KAA design philosophy. A wide range of recreational facilities was thoughtfully incorporated, including a home theatre, a gym with a sauna, a collectors’ wine cellar and tasting room, a self-catering guest suite, extensive staff quarters and a large-level garden – perfect for cricket and soccer.
