Our client’s vision was to create an opulent five-bedroom sanctuary that effortlessly blends entertainment and the inherent advantages of the site’s exceptional orientation. Carefully curated details across all three levels reflect the client’s desire for a sophisticated residence that celebrates the panoramic vistas stretching from the Twelve Apostles to Table Mountain. The lap pool, boldly protruding from the modernist structure, offers an eye-catching focal point that resembles a sleek boat-like prow, gracefully pointing towards the Atlantic Ocean.
