Originally designed in 2008 by KAA founder Ben Kotlowitz together with his team, this timeless double-storey, five-bedroom home is characterised by the effortless flow between the indoors and the secluded north-facing outdoor garden. In 2019, the combined expertise of Ben and his team was again relied upon to provide a complete and refreshed aesthetic overhaul of this much-loved home. One of the standout additions was the contemporary steel and reconstituted wood pergola, featuring stunning brise soleil elements that elegantly wrap around the house. This addition not only provides ample shading but also creates a strong linear visual element that accentuates the simple yet timeless lines of the facade.
