Originally designed by Ben Kotlowitz and his team in 2008, this stunning double storey, five-bedroom home has a great flow between the indoors and the outdoor secluded North-facing garden. It received a complete aesthetic update in 2019, again designed by Ben and team, which included the addition of a contemporary steel and reconstituted wood pergola featuring brise soleil elements, which wraps around the house. It offers plenty of shading as well as creates a strong linear visual element that enhances the simple yet timeless lines of the facade.
