This Camps Bay house exudes a sense of mystery created by the strong architectural forms present in the facade’s floating roof and the vertical sandblasted glass window. The building’s iconic Atlantic Seaboard presence is further established by the simple, yet deftly planned spatial organisation that radiates off the pivotal entrance hall with the living and entertaining areas to the south, and a wing existing of three bedrooms to the west. The bedrooms are situated on the lower level, leading directly onto the lush tropical garden. The main suite is located on the first floor above and stretches over the entire living area, boasting incredible views of the everchanging seascape.
