The KAA team successfully upgraded a once “tired” office park, located on a unique and green site that overlooks a cricket oval in Newlands. Paying heed to its prime location, the redesign focused on highlighting the green theme, incorporating sustainable materials such as bamboo cladding, LED light fittings, and thermally efficient glass. The foyers of the buildings were upgraded with tinted flush-glazed facade elements, and the existing staircases and floors were retiled in porcelain. Additionally, a new tenant signage system was designed. The result? A revitalised space that keeps on delivering significant ROI for our client.
