This industrial building, located on the periphery of Cape Town’s CBD, underwent extensive remodelling by Ben Kotlowitz and his team. Originally a four-storey construction, the renovation included the addition of two new parking floors and the reconfiguration of the existing roof level to accommodate a new mezzanine level, effectively increasing the lettable floor area and the value we created for the client. The front facade underwent a substantial transformation, and a covered triple-storey courtyard feature was added.
