KAA was tasked to design a family-oriented home on a 942m² corner site within a Cape Winelands security estate, adhering to strict architectural guidelines. Our design delivered a blueprint for luxury living with a contemporary interpretation of Cape Vernacular design that optimizes mountain views and natural light. The ground floor offers generous living areas, an open-plan kitchen, covered outdoor spaces, and a linear swimming pool. On the first floor, four ensuite bedrooms and a dedicated work-from-home office area are characterized by steeply pitched roofs that create spacious interiors. The eco-conscious design incorporates passive solar controls and rainwater harvesting. The house achieved a record sale price, reaffirming the value our designs deliver to our clients.
